Sector Transformation

From our philanthropic roots to sectors beyond, we're transforming wealth into collective wellbeing.

Our journey began by challenging unhelpful practices in philanthropy, demonstrating how money can be used as medicine for historical harms. Today, we partner with individuals, financial institutions, corporations, universities, and faith organizations to transform their relationships with wealth. Through our Reparative Philanthropy framework, we guide both institutional shifts and personal journeys, embracing the principle "Mitakuye Oyasin" - all suffering is mutual and all healing is mutual.

Going Global

Reimagining global philanthropy through a reparative lens

Building on our success in the U.S., our global initiative engages philanthropic institutions in the UK and the Global South to reimagine their funding through a reparative lens.

Reparative Philanthropy Community of Practice

Our Reparative Philanthropy Community of Practice brings together a small cohort of philanthropic leaders committed to addressing their institutions' histories and wealth origins. Through quarterly group sessions and 1:1 coaching, participants receive support to implement reparative actions, taking their organizations beyond surface-level practices to real healing and transformation.
