Collective wellbeing requires us to invite people to see the best version of themselves—centering connection, relationship, and belonging.
Our narrative research spans from learning how Black and Indigenous care traditions can transform our approach to mutual care, to developing data-driven strategies that cultivate ally support for racial repair. Through Solidarity by Design and our upcoming Care Narratives report, we reveal how compelling cultural values can unite rather than divide—reframing healing as a pathway that benefits everyone, strengthening communal bonds where we give and receive care without keeping score.
