Since 2019, DWP has convened PhilanthropySoWhite, which invites white philanthropic leaders to candidly explore equity. These transparent conversations conclude with powerful feedback from women of color, inspiring accountability and transformative action across the sector. Past participants include John Palfrey (MacArthur Foundation), Richard Besser (Robert Wood Johnson Foundation), Hilary Pennington (Ford Foundation), and Julian Corner (Lankelly Chase).
